This 5-night, 6-day trip in Gujarat offers a comprehensive and enjoyable wildlife tour of Gir National Park and Velavadar Bird Sanctuary with other adjacent sightseeing destinations. This tour's main locations are Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Gir National Park, and Velavadar. Apart from wildlife tourism, the tour also covers the spiritual sites of Gujarat including the Palitana temple at Shatrunjaya Hills. Morning transfer to the airport to board the flight for Rajkot / Ahmedabad (as per the flight availability).
Upon arrival, visitors will meet with our representative & drive to Gir National Park. On arrival check into the wildlife resort. Dinner and Overnight stay at the resort.

Early morning with packed breakfast, check out and drive to Palitana. Upon arrival, we will start ascending towards Palitana temple at Shatrunjaya Hill. After a two-hour drive from the lodge, witness the Jain sacred sites located at hilltop.
After the visit, start descending for the trek and drive to Velavadar. Enjoy the day trekking and birdwatching at the nearby spots. Upon arrival check into the wildlife resort. After lunch jungle safari to the national park. Overnight stay at the resort.
Enjoy the day in Velavadar viewing Wildlife including, mammals, Birds, reptiles & a huge variety of flowering plants.
Later leave for Ahmedabad. Lunch in Ahmedabad near the airport. After lunch transfer to the airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival meet & transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast transfer to the international airport for onward connection.

To enjoy a thrilling vacation, I visited the Gir National Park with my family to experience a jungle safari and it turned out to be one of the best trips of my life. After riding for some time in the jeep, we witnessed a lion with his family in the open grassland, trust me it was a spine chilling experience for us. Remember don’t make any loud noise during the safari.

We had booked a Gir jungle safari experience with family. It was our first time for a jungle safari and have to say that everything was so perfectly organized up until the very end. The best part of it all? We were lucky enough to spot a lioness, leopard, and even a fox. My kids loved the experience.

It was a pleasant experience for a safari. Even though we were not sure we would spot a lion, we did and it was truly magical. All the arrangements were taken care of and we had a comfortable safari. Went for the morning spot and thanks to the team we were also able to see leopards and deer.
